WHERE Deer Valley Golf Course in Barneveld
WHEN A 17 week Wednesday league beginning on May 8th and running through August 30th with weekly events.
TIMES Tee times can begin as early as 1:00 p.m. and run through 6:00 based on number of players and player need.
PAIRINGS You will be free to pick your tee times and partners on a weekly basis. We ask that you sign up for tee times 1 week in advance. This league will alternate nines on a weekly basis and use the valley 9 should the league wish.
COST The weekly cost of 9 holes in league is $16 plus $3 for the league event and an additional $10 if you choose to ride. All Deer Valley memberships are valid for league. There is a $20 sign-up fee to the weekly addition to the prize pool.
We have seen an increase in Ladies League participation, which is fantastic! Please remember that Ladies League Tee Times are for registered league players that have paid the $20 entry fee..
FORMAT Individual “most below average” with 2 divisions & flow putts with a weekly event cost of $3.00 with 100% payback in Deer Valley gift certificates. (certificates not valid for league fees or league cart fees).
HOLE IN 1 CLUB If you haven’t signed up for the Hole In 1 Club, I encourage you to do so. The cost is $5 and an additional $5 each time a Hole In 1 club member gets a hole in 1 at Deer Valley. The payout is as follows: ½ of the hole in 1 pot is applied to the hole in 1 maker’s beverage bill for buying everyone in the clubhouse a drink. The other half of the pot is credited to the hole in 1 maker’s account in the form of Deer Valley Credit. A sign will be posted in the golf shop to let you know if someone shot a hole in 1 and you need to pay an additional $5.
Deer Valley runs only full service and player friendly leagues. we will keep stroke averages and calculate all results- we want to schedule the events you want to play! You just play golf and have fun!
